Justin Gray Managing Director
A US-Italian executive with more than 20 years of MedTech leadership experience, based in Italy. Justin most recently served as VP, International at Shockwave Medical (2017–2025) where he helped grow the business from $5M to $170M and built a 150-person international commercial team. During his time there, he led a broad set of functions including sales, marketing, market access, reimbursement, customer service, finance, and HR, across both direct and distributor markets. Before joining Shockwave, Justin held leadership roles at Medtronic and Boston Scientific. He holds a BA from Union College (NY) and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh (UK).

Simone Leone Chief Operating Officer
A strategy and commercial-excellence leader with 18 years of experience at Boston Scientific. Most recently, Simone served as VP, Strategy & Commercial Excellence (EMEA), where he led a 200+ person team across sales, marketing, and finance to strengthen execution and drive growth. Earlier in his career, he held roles including Pricing Director and Finance Manager, after starting his professional journey at Henkel Italy. Simone brings together business strategy, commercial excellence, and finance leadership with a true builder’s mindset. He holds an MSc in Engineering Management from Politecnico di Milano.

Dr. Keith Dawkins Advisor
Keith D. Dawkins, MD is a former interventional cardiologist with 17 years of experience in the medical device industry. He currently serves on the boards of Ventric Health, JenaValve, Protembis, and InnovHeart, and is a Venture Partner at XGEN Venture SGR. His previous industry roles include serving as Global Chief Medical Officer at Shockwave Medical, 4Tech Cardio, and Boston Scientific. Keith trained in medicine at Guy’s Hospital in London with cardiology specialization in both Oxford and London. He was a Fulbright Fellow at Stanford and previously served as President of the British Cardiovascular Intervention Society.

Pierre Chauvineau Advisor
Pierre is an experienced business leader and mentor with a long track record in the medical device industry. He spent 20 years at Medtronic before joining Cameron Health, where he led the international commercialization of their implantable defibrillator. After Cameron was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2012, Pierre went on to lead the Rhythm Management EMEA business for five years. Today, Pierre mentors emerging leaders and serves on the boards of Rhythm AI and Impli. He is also Chairman of Aurigen Medical and Sequana Medical. He holds an MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute (California) and a BA from IPAG (Paris).

Eric Thépaut Advisor
Eric brings more than 35 years of international leadership experience from some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Nestlé and Apple Computer. He recently retired from Boston Scientific after a distinguished 28-year tenure, including his final ten years as President, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Throughout his career, Eric has led global commercial operations, finance, and organizational development, with a strong track record of scaling teams and businesses across multiple geographies. He has led the integration and growth of multiple acquisitions, launched new technologies, and driven customer-centric transformations. Today, Eric coaches executives and serves on several medtech boards.
